[Plugin: Comment E-Mail Verification] Comment moderation hint

    In the settings it says:
    Your theme must either use the default comment template or have _e(‘Your comment is awaiting moderation.’); in the custom comment template.
    I cannot find this in the comments file for the theme and sure enough it did not work. Can you possible explain what I need to add to get this function?
