[Plugin: Collapsing Categories] misc at bottom of list

Could you please add the option to force a certain category or subcategory to the top or bottom of the list? Specifically, I want to have a “Miscellaneous” or “Other” category be at the bottom, underneath all the other category listings. Your plug-in seems to be working great! Thanks!
