I only saw it in IE7, not in Firefox.
This usually indicates coding errors.

it does the same exact thing in IE7, IE8, Firefox (mac and windows), and safari. I’m not sure what youre talking about and i dont know how coding errors would change the way the php-based plugin outputs the categories

I am using Firefox 3.5.6 under Win XP and it’s showing fine; but not with IE7.
I do not see it under a list of categories but it looks like your top menu is displayed vertical in IE, half under the header, half visible. I do not know what is the cause of that.

I am not sure exactly what you mean. Are you referring to the fact that there a bunch of posts listed under “conference calls” in addition to subcategories? Since I can’t actually see the posts, I can’t tell for sure, but my guess is that your posts are categorized under both “conference calls” and “development momentum”. If you only want the post to show up under “development momentum” you should only give it that category.

@henkholloand – i know that i need to go through for ie fixes but thats not the problem. IE7 users are less than 10% of the visitors to our site so ie7 isnt as much of a priority as cleaning up the categories. Thank you for your input though.
@robfelty – okay that makes sense now, i figured it was something like that. do you know if theres any way around that? to only have posts display under the categories?

I interpreted your problem as “the posts being fysically/visually being displayed under the list of categories”.
So, I see 3 posts under Blog and 70 under Conference Calls. What do you want to change?
