[resolved] How to make a page with .. maybe 2 rows.? (3 posts)

Still new here. When I make a simple static page, it seems that the only general option is like ... text with maybe an image floating to the right(and then I am at the bottom of the page). But .....

as like when I layout a normal website page with html & css, I might want a div below, with more content(like 2 rows of content). Generally, how would one do this in WP?

Do I need to hand code it on the page (with external css), or maybe edit page.php or something? Or is there an easy way. I can't imagine that when people make WP sites to look like normal websites, that the pages are always that short. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi there, it looks like your question is not related to my plugin.

But maybe I can point you in the right direction. Since you are new to WordPress theme development I would suggest checking out the very extensive and usefull WordPress documentation.

If you still have theme related questions you can post them in the 'Themes and Templates' forum. I am sure there are a lot more people who can help you out.

    Best,

    Tobias.
