When any custom columns are set (Users columns or not), an extra empty 'Posts' column is added to the Users list table. Resetting to defaults removes the extra empty column but any custom changes to any columns re-enables the issue. [ Screenshot ]
To reproduce:
- Set and save custom columns on any of the available list tables
- View the 'Users' list table. The first column will be an extra empty 'Posts' column, regardless of whether or not the 'Posts' column is enabled.

Hi Drew, thanks for the feedback. I haven't been able to reproduce this bug with the extra posts column in the user screen. Too make sure it's not a conflict with another plugin, could you tell me if you have the same result with just 'Codepress Admin Columns' activated?
Looks like a conflict from Co-Authors Plus I had sitting in mu-plugins. They're unsetting the default Posts column and replacing with their own of the same name. I'll let them know.

That's good to know. I see they are using the same filters as my plugin. I will have a fix for this in next release (1.4 and up). This fix will give you full control over their 'replaced' posts column, just like the rest of the users columns.
Tobias.
