[Plugin: Code Insert Manager (Q2W3 Inc Manager)] Before Page Content – Works on post but only some t

First of all, this plugin may be the best plugin ever. Thank you so, so much!!

Trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong.

On this page http://mudandadventure.com/events/new-york/ I have code insterted as desired – before the page content, center aligned.

When I try to replicate that with another insert on a category page, like this one http://mudandadventure.com/category/mud-life/ the image gets smushed to the left. Only Google adsense javascript is accepted. When I try anything else I get the error. Right now I have the code in the header beacause that the only thing I could get working.

Here’s the code I would like to insert before the page content: either

neither work in the insert – only in the header.
