[Plugin: Co-Authors Plus] 2.5 upgrade stripping single & multiple authors

    After you write and publish a post if you try to modify the post, all authors are stripped, even if I try to re-add them by hand I am unsuccesfull. Further more before the upgrade you were able to do a quick edit on the post to add, delete authors/modify. Not anymore.

    WP 3.1, VPS, PHP 5+, no error given.

    And I think I know the cause. The usernames are “name.name” eg: “john.smith”. Until the upgrade all worked fine, after the upgrade username becomes “johnsmith” wich does not exists in the DB.

    I have the same problem. Usernames with spaces are deleted while usernames without spaces are fine. Any fix to this?

    This is fixed in 2.5.2.
