CMS Tree Page View

I installed cms-tree-page-view into a vanilla 3.0.1 test installation from the dashboard (i.e. version 0.7.10)

However, nothing seems to happen when I go click on the "Pages Tree View" in Pages on the Dash Board - it's as if some javascript should have executed but hasn't.

I noticed in my error logs:
[Mon Nov 29 13:55:14 2010] [error] [client 213.***] File does not exist: /home/juenger/public_html/wordpress/404.shtml, referer: http://wordpress.juenger.org/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page&page=cms-tpv-page-page
[Mon Nov 29 13:55:14 2010] [error] [client 213.***] File does not exist: /home/juenger/public_html/wordpress/test, referer: http://wordpress.juenger.org/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page&page=cms-tpv-page-page

Behaviour happens in at least both Firefox 3.6 and Opera 10.62.

    There is also a screenshot.

Any ideas what might be wrong? The plugin looks very useful and I'm keen to get it working.

It seems like it can't find the CSS or JS for the plugin. Are you sure it's correctly installed? If possible for me to take a look at the site in question? If so, send me a private message at par.thernstrom@gmail.com.

    Issue is fixed.

It was caused by an rogue .htaccess file in the installation that prevented the plugin's JS/CSS resources from being loaded by rewriting to a URL that didn't actually exist on the host. My fault for being too clever and then not clearing up behind myself.

I'd like to thank Pär for his swift assistance - he really took the trouble to take a close look at the setup and diagnose the problem.

    Simply awesome support!
