We seem to be having an issue where if you use the CMS Page Tree to re-order pages you also find that custom menu's with those pages in are also being re-ordered. Is there a fix for this?

I am also having this issue.
I am using CMS Page Tree to reorder post of a custom post type.
After reordering I find that for some reason it has changed or of menu items in a WordPress menu.
The odd thing is the custom menu only contains WordPress pages, and I am only using CMS Page Tree to reorder a custom page type, yet it seems to affect the menu item order of the pages.
