   Is it possible to show page tree on frontend of the site, by shortcode or by any function. Please do let me know.

   No, the page tree in this plugin is for admins only.

   There are other plugins that can show a tree on the front page, for example:
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/nice-navigation/
