   In internet explorer 8 the after and inside links don't work - the new page is created at the top level of the site.

   I haven't been able to confirm whether the same also applies to IE6 and 7 as the popup disappears before I can manage to click on the links in these!

   OK, thanks for the report. Must admit I haven't tried it that much in the IE-browsers... :/

   It works for me in IE8.
