    When a user initiates a live chat on the website, you should receive it on your IM. You followed the process correctly. Can you please contact our live support team on our website? We can help you troubleshoot.

    Well, I have no idea what happened, but it didn’t work the first day I had it installed, then started working the next day. Not sure why, but seems to be fine now. Thanks for following up.
