    Hi!
I’m runnin’ FireFox 15.0.1 and there’s no sign of Click Desk on my site. I do see the floating chat window in Internet Explorer but I don’t know how to integrate a chat window into a page or widget.

Also, I don’t know where to paste the code that’s supposed to go into the <body> tag. I Find the </body> in the footer.php but adding the code to it does not do any difference.

    Hi,

I apologize for the delayed response.
I guess there could be a conflict with your theme css that’s causing issue on Firefox.

As you are using the live chat plugin, you need not copy/paste any code. Clicking on ‘install plugin’ link in our dashboard with insert the code automatically.

But if you are looking to get ClickDesk work on particular pages/posts (contact, about us) etc., then you need to disable the plugin, clear the browser cookies & cache and login at my.clickdesk.com
You can find your live chat code.
Paste the code in the HTML tab of your page/post editor and publish. That would make ClickDesk live chat window appear only on those page 🙂

Please write to our support if you have any more questions.

    Happy to help!
    Jagan
