    I added an operator and installed the plugin fine, but then I had to deactivate the plugin, and after that it does not let me add an operator, it gives an error the operator already exists but it does not list the operator and therefore I cannot install the plugin, why can't I see or delete my operators?

    I submitted this problem and got a support ticket number: 10142718 but I still haven't got a reply to it. Thank you for any help with this matter.

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting our support.

    It's more than likely that you created another new account and logged into it without noticing. If the operator already exists in an account, the same operator cannot be added to another account. That's the reason you are seeing an error message when trying to add the same new operator in this account.

    Please 'logout' from ClickDesk dashboard and login again using the account username (email) and password that you created first.

    Thank you, but that cannot be the case as I signed up using my google account and have only ever logged in with my google account. Can you please tell me how to delete my account or delete my account for me so I can sign up again so that I can use the email address clickdesk isn't allowing me to use for the operator? Or can you go into my account and delete any operators I have so I can reinstall them?

    Nevermind, I went with zopim live chat. I didn't receive one, not one support email from you guys over at clickdesk. I had to wait two days for a response on here, and now almost three days! Good luck with that kind of support.
