[Plugin: Click to Call] Can't make click To Cal;l work

You must first go to ribbit.com. Good luck on that. If and when you find the register link, it’s broken. You have to take the initiative and email them to ask how you get a developer account.They come back and tell you everything you must email them to have an account created. Email them and wait a few days.
Eventually, you’ll get mail saying your account is set up and to click a link to confirm. That link apparently does nothing either because a support person told me the problem was my account wasn’t confirmed AND THEY CLOSED THE CASE. They answered a question i never asked, deemed the answer satisfactory and ignored my problem.
I saw an indication that the mysterious and legendary “My Apps” tab might appear if my account was funded. Well, quite honestly, I should have been prepared, but I entered my credit card information and they threw an error. I complained again and they manually credited my account $25 and CLOSED THE CASE AGAIN.
This time, I found a graphic showing step #2 (after #1, signing into your developer account) as request an APP ID. I put red arrows all over the graphic pointing at Step 2 and asked if they understood the problem I was having yet.
If anybody has EVER got this plugin working, please leave a comment here. You can’t leave one on the developer’s site. He learned from Ribbit. His link to add comments is broken too.
