   I've just implemented my upgrade to the newest version of Cleaner gallery and welcome the changes you've made.

   I've changed my alterations so that they are now implemented via a custom cleaner_gallery_image filter and this suits me much better since I won't have to do any work when upgrading :)

   Except... Your newest version collapses the number of columns to the number of attachments if attachments < columns. I've had to comment this out so that it behaves as it used to.

   Please can a setting be implemented that turns this functionality on or off?

   Since it was fairly easy I've just put together a patch for this. It's available here
