I've got a curious case with this plugin where it does work on pages that are NOT secure (ie. served via HTTP - the ID's do appear in the HTML), but for pages that are server via HTTPS the ID's do no appear.
I think it must be because of the use of get_option('home') in your code but it's not immediately obvious how to fix it.
Any suggestions?
