[Plugin: Classy wp_list_pages] classy wp-list-pages not working

I tried 1.4.0 and 1.3.2 and with both on wp 3.3 even with ‘id’ selected in the dropdown, it asks me what classes I want to add to ‘first’ and ‘last’. No option for what ‘id’ I want to add. I tried putting the identifiers ‘about’ and ‘contact’ in the classes text boxes and it adds class ‘about’ to the first one but nothing to the last one.

Also I added a third page and still only have option for first and last. Where’s first, second, and third? Or am I misunderstanding how this should be working?
