   Is it possible to show the button of Viper's Video Quicktags in the comment editor?

   U can do this by editing ckeditor.config.js in CKEditor plugin dir.
   Edit the config.toolbar_WordpressBasic and add buttons from VVQ.

   Names of supported buttons u can find in the plugins/vvq/plugin.js and the tutorial how to add button to toolbar in the config file is here:
