   I have a question that is the next step to the answer posted here:

   I have modified my toolbars to remove items I do not want users to have access to. This is working PERFECTLY..

   What I need to know is how can I modify one of the toolbar options to limit what items in the dropdown they see.. Specifically I need to remove some of the options from the "Format" dropdown.. (I need to remove a few of the Heading options).

   Which file do I need to edit to update this??

   You can try use http://docs.cksource.com/ckeditor_api/symbols/CKEDITOR.config.html#.format_tags config option.
   You can add this option to ckeditor.config.js file or by "File Editor" option in CKEditor plugins settings.
