   I just installed this on TWO IDENTICAL sites on my dev server. One displays the CKEditor toolbars in the QuickPress admin dashboard widget.. The other site will NOT display the CKEditor toolbars on the QuickPress admin dashboard widget. I am STUMPED as to why or even what to look for.. I have been through these sites side by side, and I can't figure this out.. What might I be missing???

   Strangely this issue DISAPPEARED.. Weird..
