    Hi,
please check in Firebug (Firefox add-on) console if you have any errors and in Firebug Net tab if all request are correct.
Please also check in server error logs if there are any errors.

    Thanks for replying!

Yes, there are a few errors:
    – GET menuicon.gif
    – GET ckeditor.js?ver=3.3.1
    – GET ckeditor.utils.js?ver=3.3.1

For some reason, the super admin is able to use it really well and see the icon by the CKEditor tab, however, the regular admins are not able to.

Ok, for some weird reason, it fixed itself… I simply deactivated and reactivated and everything is working again for now.

    Thanks for the help though!!

It looks like something with cache.
Do you use W3 Total Cache plugin ?
Glad to hear that your problem is resolved.

    Yah, I think so too.
I was using WP Super Cache.
