[Plugin: Cimy User Extra Fields] [resolved] how to integrate/embed this plugin into a page

hi all, i’v been braking my head over this and just now found the answare to how to do this.

all i wanted is to integrate this great form into a page template.

what you need to do is just install the plugin: “Theme My Login”, this will automaticly genarets a page wich the registration form will apear in.
now if you want to put the form in a cpecific place, you can use this shortcode:

<?php theme_my_login( 'login_template=register-form.php' ); ?>
