   Causes problem with other plugins shortcode.

   chitika-premium was causing the shortcode to break for my plugin:
   Fast and Secure Contact Form
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/si-contact-form/

   It mixes a HTML br into the shortcode causing the contact form to not be displayed. You can see the problem when viewing the HTML

   I solved it by putting this tag in the same post as my shortcode.
   <!--no-chitikapremium-->

   Glad using the <!--no-chitikapremium--> comment helped. We are going to familiarize ourselves with the SI Contact Form plugin and see if we can fix that bug for ya.

   Any details about how the form was setup or if you put it in a page/post and the config on your Chitika | Premium plugin would help us make sure no one else has to deal with this issue!
