There is a fatal error thrown with this widget in the sidebar.
WordPress: 2.9.1
After I past the SHORTCODE from my account, into the widget and save it, the widget throughs a fatal error and disrupts all remaining sidebar widgets.
Once I disable your widget/plug-in, the problem goes away.

bamajr,
Thank you for your feedback. We have addressed the issue and released a new version of the Charoll plugin (1.2.5). Please update your plugin.
In case you were wondering, the problem was caused by a dependency on Curl, which we've removed in our new plugin.
Thanks!
