Every I tried to upgrade always fail. There is php error message. And I should download manually from wordpress and upload using ftp. Can you tell this problem? Please upload file in mirror. Server wordpress is too long for me and not resume.

Your WordPress application doesn't have enough rights to do this. Check rights settings or use FTP to upload new versions of the plugin after deactivating them of course.
