[Plugin: CDN Sync Tool] sync problem

Iam using plugins

Yet Another PhotoBlog
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/yet-another-photoblog/
and

YAPB Bulk Uploader
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/yapb-bulk-uploader/

it stores images under
wp-content/uploads/2011/….
wp-content/uploads/yapb_cache

but these are not synced to Amazon S3 and are not rewrited so they are loaded directly from my server.

(css and js are under uploads sysced correctly)

Can is wrong?
