    Hiya,

I've signed up for the UK version of Rackspace Cloud Files, which is exactly the same from a frontend perspective but must be doing something slightly different under the hood because this plugin completely fails to recognise the API key and username.

AFAIK Rackspace use exactly the same system, but the central server for those who create UK accounts is in London rather than the US. They also have a full UK-based support team, etc. I asked and there's no way to transition a US account to the UK system at this time or vice-versa.

Also of note is that the UK version uses the following URL format:

    http://c1757.r57.cf3.rackcdn.com

    Hi,
It seems we must have a US account for some reason so we didn't notice this issue. I'll do a quick fix and release it asap.

    Hi,
Can you test http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/cdn-sync-tool.zip to see if that works for you? I am unable to test the UK as my personal account is US and the company account is US even though we are in the UK.

    Hiya,

Fast response! I've just given the updated version a go, unfortunately it's still saying the details aren't valid when I use the 'Check Details' button and uploading just stops at the first file (ie: fails and doesn't proceed).

Interestingly I also have a Rackspace US account and I can't get it to work using those details either. However, if I use W3 Total Cache and use my US Rackspace details there, it works — but the UK details do not.

Is it possible your new update has broken support for both Rackspace variations? :s

If you like I can privately send you my CNAME, username, API key, and container to test with — I can destroy them afterwards. If you can get it working on a set-up you're familiar with then at least I know it's nothing on my end.
