[resolved] plugin caused 500 error - blog not working (3 posts)

I uploaded the latest version of Taragana Translator Pro plugin. When I tried to activate it there was a 500 internal server error and now the blog doesn't work - though I can see posts in the archives.
At times the initial url is suffixed by a /de - which I assume is the result of the plugin.

I can't access my admin panel.

I'm a bit distraught as 1 and 1 advised me to reinstall wordpress. I can't risk losing the archive

The Taragana support desk has gone very quiet

Any advice? Where should I begin? I'd be incredibly grateful for some help

Go into your site using FTP or shell and delete the plugin from the wp-content/plugins directory.

OK thanks - that seems to have restored the blog. Really appreciate your help!
