[Plugin: Category Posts Widget] Bugfix: Notice: Undefined index: asc_sort_order

Hello!

I get warnings about index “asc_sort_order” not set in CategoryPosts->widget().

Changing

$sort_order = (bool) $instance['asc_sort_order'] ? 'ASC' : 'DESC';

to

$sort_order = isset($instance['asc_sort_order']) ? 'ASC' : 'DESC';

fixes this.
