While taking a look at the Category/Pages linking configuration page, I noticed that only some of the root-level categories I have created are listed.
Is there any reason why the others are not?

Posted 3 years ago #Probably your setup have something wrong, because it works.
Check http://demo.pixline.net/?cat=5 to see it working ('second level' is a subcategory of 'sample').The only thing I can imagine is that your theme is using a different template hierarchy. But it works :-)
