   We use this plugin on a WP Multisite Network running the latest WP (currently 3.1). It works great, and we're very thankful for it.

   One feature we need (and apparently a lot of other people too) is a way to have the header image (for the Twenty Ten theme, in our case) to change based on which category is being viewed.

   This plugin seems like a natural place for such a feature to be added. It would add even more awesomeness to a plugin that is already awesome. Even as a stand-alone plugin, such a project would be an instant hit.

   If I knew how to built it, I would. Maybe one day I will learn. In the meantime, if someone out there knows how, a lot of people would deeply appreciate it. :-)

   Try looking up body classes as a means to change your header image via CSS.

   I too would like to see that built in. In the mean time there is this as a possible option for you.
