Whenever I activate the Category and Page Icons plugin, the plugin WP-Cumulus (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-cumulus/) stops displaying the tag cloud.
Any ideas about what could be causing this conflict?

Setting WP-Cumulus to display tags only did the trick.
