[resolved] Updating the Store Settings for a new directory (4 posts)

I developed a website for a client in a staging directory; creating all the products in Cashie in the staging install. Now I have moved the site to the root along with the theme files / plugins / uploads and everything works just fine...except Cashie is still using the staging directory for the product links.

So my question is how do I update the store settings to recognize that it is running in a different directory? I tried using the plugin admin screens through WP as well as logging directly into the Cashie website and all I see is a "your store is ready to go" page.

Is there an admin page where I can update info like the paypal account or the URL for site?

To change the directory reference, you will need to recreate the Cashie Commerce pages as follows:

    1. Go to the Pages section of the WordPress admin.
    2. Select the check boxes next to the pages created by the plug-in: Products (Product Catalog), Product Details, Shopping Cart, Checkout, Order Success, and Order Failure.
    3. Once all have been checked, select Move to Trash from the drop-down menu and click Apply.
    4. Next, go to the Trash area and select Empty Trash.
    5. Now, go to the Cashie Commerce plug-in. Go to the Account section.
    6. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Select Recreate pages.

PayPal account information can be updated at any time from the Account section in Cashie Commerce. Simply select the Change PayPal account button and proceed through the steps to link a new PayPal account.

    Hello and thank you!

I followed the steps you provided and it worked perfectly. Not the most apparent thing, but it worked.

I also can see where to edit the paypal info now - I think the problem before was that the iframe wasnt loading in the content completely and the design was broken. Seems to have been just a temporary fluke/connection issue on my part.

    Thanks again!
