   By default only Administrator role lets to add Custom field data to a post or page.
   I tried to add that permission to other roles, f.e. to Editor role, but none of combinations of checked permissions had allowed it.

   How to allow other users than Administrator to add Custom fields data to a post or page?

   I found that the issue should be resolved and is a matter of WP menu on the top of admin panel. The menu contains chechboxes and one of them controls visibility of Custom fields of a post/page.
