   At login and logout I get this message:

   Warning: number_format() expects parameter 1 to be double, array given in C:\ideigl\tmp\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\functions.php on line 139

   This is a locally tested site. I turned off all plugin, but the message remains.

   I am getting the exact same message. Did you manage to resolve this? When I deactivate the plugin the error message is gone.

   I got no solution, so I uninstalled CaPa.

   Update: I didn't get this message when I uploaded to a live server. It only seemed to be there on a local WAMP server - if that helps.
