   Hi All,

   I'm finding that with both this plugin and the Platinum SEO plugin the canonicals on sub-pages of the home page are incorrect.

   E.g. The canonical for 'http://www.mydomain.com/index.php/page/2/' is showing as 'http://www.mydomain.com/page/2/', so without the 'index.php'.

   These canonicals are 404 not found and show in Google webmaster tools as such.

   Anyone any ideas?
