I'm using this shortcode to call the plugin:
[cafepress products="shop:kansasfest" cols="3" rows="3"]
Sure enough, I get nine products listed -- but at the very bottom of the page are the top 14 pixels of a fourth row. These box tops even link to additional products in our store. How do I stop this extraneous row from appearing?

Hello Kgagne,
I am attempting to recreate the bug that you have described above but can't seem to get it. Could you provide me with a step-by-step approach in how you came across it?
Thanks! =]
Hi,
If it helps, you can view the issue at
http://www.kansasfest.org/cafepress/
That page uses the code from my first message in this thread. LMK what additional details I can provide.
Thanks!

Hey Ken and Chrisroberts7577,
Thank you for your patience. We debugged the widget over the weekend and found there was an error in the API where it failed to return limited product results even when you passed a certain range. At any rate, it should work as intended now.
Please let me know if you have any more questions! :)
Works great -- and I didn't even need to update the plugin! Thanks!
We are having this same issue. The page is:
http://statehoodpr.org/store/
Otherwise, this plugin looks great!
What version of the plugin are you using? I've not had that problem since upgrading to v1.0.5 nine months ago.
