   After install (via WP add plugins page), unable to open installed plugins or other pages - only got following error msg:

   Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /data/9/1/39/65/1365880/user/1464920/htdocs/wordpress/wp-admin/menu.php on line 254

   I should not have exceeded my memory, everything else works fine.

   I could not access the installed plugins (or most other pages) to uninstall, so I deleted it by FTP.

   After deleting via FTP got the following error msg:

   The plugin business-hours-plugin/working-hours.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

   Is this a problem with GoDaddy VDS server? Or possible conflict with other plugins?

   Hi Virtualend,
   That error means that your WP is trying to use more memory than you allow per your configuration. The tricky part is that the error is thrown the moment the memory limit is reached, but not that this plugin is the one eating all the memory. Probably this is the last plugin getting loaded (its name starts with W after all).
