• I installed the Biz Directory plugin yesterday and added a few dozen listings. All was working great, including pagination. This evening, however, I get Ajax errors and instructions to reload the page (which doesn’t change anything).

I went to the plugin site and tried to leave word for the developers, but the contact form seems to stall mid-send.

I am not a coder nor particularly comfortable with anything PHP related.

Update: I had to uninstall this plugin after several complaints. Ajax errors persist though, even though the plugin is disabled.

I haven’t tried the latest version yet. I’d stick to 0.8.3 for now.
Have you tried to clear your cache? Sometimes that will help.

There are a number of comments on the blog about the ajax errors.

Do they go away if you use 0.8.3?

I’m running 0.8.3 without any issues.
Please note though that I never upgraded to 0.8.4 due to that people listed issues with that release.

We ended up having too many problems and moved to another plugin. Ironically, the second plugin had even more Ajax errors – however, a friend of mine looked in on the code, found the problem and corrected it. We’re ok until the plugin author does an update.

Yes, I cleared cache, changed browsers, etc – nothing worked – and the problem was observable by other visitors.
