[resolved] Could you add the ability to modify the wp tables prefix? (2 posts)

    Hi Ed,

    I read that you didn't want to add this feature to the plugin because the .htaccess file protects it already but it would be great for those of us who "accidentally" left wp_ as the default prefix for our databases to be able to change them via the bullet proof security plugin. Other than that this plugin ROCKS!!!

    I still don't feel like it is a necessary thing to add to BPS. Since the BPS SQL Injection filters don't allow any malicious code to be injected into the SQL Database at all then it is a moot point on what the database table prefixes are named. They are blocked whether the table prefixes are wp_ or whatever else you wanted to name them. If I have some extra time one of these days I will write that code and add it as extra bonus feature, but since this would only be a bonus thing then it has very low priority. Thanks.
