    Hello there,
    I have the same problem. I guess the plugin has some kind of a javascript conflict somewhere with my theme. I have bought the Pluto theme and there is a div tag in it to which the plugin adds a display:none to it so it won’t show up on my page.
    I can’t seem to find how to fix this. Could you help me out if I send you the link? http://www.defarmasie.be/ and there you see Reservation. It’s by far the most suited reservation form I could find (I works well with the standard WP theme) so I really would like to make use of it.

    Thanks,
    Tim

    Hi,

    Please send access to your wordpress and ftp to info@reservationdiary.eu I will check.

    @catkin: Sorry but asking for FTP access is not allowed here. Accessing a user’s system like this makes you responsible for that user’s system. If you make changes and something breaks later on as a result, then it is your fault.

    Get information, ask for log data, have the user contact you & seek copies of the PHP files. Look but don’t touch. If your code is the problem, then produce a fix and post it here. If the theme or another plugin is at fault, then inform the user, suggest a fix, offer to contact the other developer and/or update your FAQ.

    But do not try to make changes to the user’s files in this way. That’s really going too far outside of your area of responsibility.

    @esmi, thank you for clarification

    @hantiq, you can try following suggestion on this thread or ask theme author to fix it. If you still unable to resolve it, you can send me theme to install locally and fix.
