[resolved] [Plugin: BuddyPress ScholarPress Courseware] ScholarPress – Salutations – Stylesheet (3 posts)

I’m using the latest version of wordpress, buddypress and also the salutations theme. It seems to work except the styling leaves a lot of be desired. My main question is – how can I fix the styling?

Here is how broken apart one of the plugin sections looks like:

Does the scholarpress plugin rely on calling stylesheets found in the main buddypress theme?
Is there a default set of styles that I can enter into the plugin’s custom stylesheet to override any other style?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Your link doesn't work.

Courseware doesn't rely on any core stylesheets, but it was designed to work with bp-default theme, other themes require tweaking.

Salutation is one of those themes that looks great in a demo, but has serous problems when it comes to templating BP plugins. They use a different page structure than the default BP theme. Most BP plugins are designed and styled to work with the default theme. When a theme uses a different div structure it requires you edit the plugins default template structure to match theme. Hopefully BP 1.7 will make this unnecessary, but until then it will require you edit your BP plugins.
