[Plugin: BuddyPress ScholarPress Courseware] Anchor # Course

Hy, i made an implementation e-learn in a website http://webschool.ro/cursuri-online/

Every time i click to see a course, or navigate, i have to scroll down to meniu. Is there a possibility to put a “#” somewhere or to bring up the meniu ?
