[Plugin: BuddyPress Pending Activations] WP versions later than 3.2.1

Is there any indication if this will work/fail when WP is upgraded?
I am happy remaining with 3.2.1 for the moment but would be good to know if it is upwards compatible.
It is one of about 8 plugins I am using that are apparently only compatible up to 3.2.1http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/buddypress-pending-activations/
