[Plugin: BuddyPress Group Email Subscription] How to offer only 'Daily Digest' and 'A

Could somebody please steer me in the right direction here: I need to offer only the ‘Daily Digest’ and ‘All Email’ options to my users, and so I need to know how to remove the other options from the plugin without breaking something else. Thanks.
