[Plugin: BuddyPress Group Email Subscription] Daily Digest – malformed link to site – hoe to fix?

WP 3.4.1 / BP 1.5.7 / BP Group Email 3.2.1 (Sorry if this question has been answered – I searched but did not find an answer)

The link to the blog in the digest email in my installation is mal-formed – any ideas how to fix this?

For example…

Email contains title text: “Your daily digest of group activity at [site name]“

But the link to the [site name] resolves as

http://%27http/%5Bsite name]/’

I don’t understand where the random text, %27http/ is being picked up from….
