    The front end is your website as the public would see it, i.e. not the admin ‘back-end’. Once the BuddyPress Group Email Subscription plugin is installed, navigate to the main ‘Groups’ page which shows a list of all the groups on your site, and next to each group you will see an option to set the frequency of email updates/digests for each group.
