I am using WP 3.4.1, BP 1.5.6 and Suffusion theme with BP Pack and in a child theme... The docs plugin works in the WP dashboard but I see no front end at all... it is not even showing in the BP Admin bar...
I am guessing it has to do with the theme? Any idea how I can fix it?

I'm experiencing the same thing. Everything looks find in the dashboard but no sign of anything in the front end. I have a fresh BP install with the default theme.
Help..?

Something I missed at first was that you have to sign into each group under admin and then enable docs in that group before it starts showing up.
