   After fresh install when i go to the /forums/ page i get the following error.

   Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_has_groups()

   unable to find a solution, any ideas?

   Go to dashboard menu BuddyPress > Forums panel. Install Forums for Groups and/or Sitewide Forums. If you want Forums for Groups, then make sure that in BuddyPress > Components panel, you have "User Groups" checked.
